Underground Fitness offers a complete training experience with programs focused on weightlifting, boxing, Muay Thai, and athletic training for all fitness levels. Designed to help members build strength, improve performance, and boost overall conditioning, it provides a motivating environment for serious training. The gym is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you flexible hours to train when it best fits your schedule.
